Rasul bath
The Rasul combines the four basic elements water, fire, earth and air to a very special experience for body and soul.
The rasul ceremony begins with a short cleansing shower. After that, various healing muds in different granulations are applied to the entire body and dry slightly due to the heat in the room. The room is now warmed and humidified with aromatized steam. In the process, the muds on the body become moister again. A tingling sensation on the skin sets in and causes one to begin to lightly rub the healing muds.
During this massage horny skin scales are removed, subcutaneous tissue is strengthened, muscle tone is positively influenced and metabolism is stimulated. After half an hour, a warm rain starts, which washes most of the mud from the skin. After a subsequent cleansing shower, nourishing oils are applied to the still damp skin, making it smooth and supple.
