Arrival and departure

• Check-in: from 2 p.m. - if you arrive after 9 p.m., please let us know in advance by phone
• Check-out: until 11 a.m. - a late check-out is possible on request at an extra charge of 30 % of the room price

Baby crib

• we will gladly provide you with one

Bathrobe & sauna towel

• is ready in your room inside the wellness bag
• we ask you to throw used sauna towels into the basket in the wellness area

Bed linen

• is available
• changed every six days
• we are happy to offer an additional change of bed linen - just contact us

Devices

• we will gladly provide you with international adapters for the power socket

Drinks

• you can get them in the café, restaurant or at the vending machine

Guest card

• on your arrival you will receive the KONUS guest card from us

    with it you enjoy numerous advantages in the region

Hygiene articles

• toothbrushes, razors and the like are available at the reception desk  

Laundry and ironing service

• if you wish we can wash or iron your clothes for you

              come to us if you need it

Luggage

• you can leave it with us for safekeeping
• we are of course happy to help you load and unload your luggage

Meal times

• Breakfast: 
  • Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 a.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8 to 10 o'clock

• Dinner as part of half board: 
  • from 6 to 7 p.m.

• We are closed on Wednesdays

• Sunday the kitchen is closed in the evening

• Café: 
  • Monday to Saturday from 11 to 18
  • Sunday from 13 to 18 o'clock
  • Closed on Wednesdays

• à la carte: 
  • From 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
    except Wednesday and Sunday

Packed lunch

• for your excursion or your journey home we will be pleased to provide you with a packed lunch
• this includes a sandwich, fruit and a drink
• we charge 6 € per person
• we accept orders until 6 p.m. the day before the trip

• parking at our house is free of charge

Pillows & comforters

• we are happy to offer allergy-friendly pillows and blankets

• also opens our front door
• this door is locked from 20 o'clock
• hold your room card to the door opener - this is located to the right of the entrance

Shoe shine machine

• is located on the ground/first floor
• if you need shoeshine utensils, please contact the reception desk

Shuttle service

• we will be happy to pick you up from the train station upon request

Towels

• are available
• are changed on Wednesdays and Saturdays
• if you wish an earlier change of towels, please contact the reception desk

Wake-up service

• just tell us the desired time at the reception desk

Wellness

• you will find our wellness area in the basement
• you have access with your room card from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• treatments are only available by appointment - please contact the reception desk
